Why do I need an energy label when selling or renting out my house?
If you are going to sell your house and buy a new one, or when you are going to rent or lease a new property, you will need to obtain an energy label. The government uses the energy label to inform owners about the energy efficiency of a property. The label contains tips on how to make your home more energy-efficient.
Since January 2021, it has become mandatory to mention the energy label on FUNDA.
How do I check if my property already has a registered and valid energy label?
If an energy label has been issued for your property in the past, but you do not have any documentation of it, you can easily download your energy label using this guide.
